OK, we're going to try to make this really simple. You know business owners and affluent people that we don't, right? We need the exposure, and if they see this Web site we're confident they would be quite impressed. If you contact us with an interested party and they purchase a Web site from us, we will send you a check for 5% of the collected amount! That's the short version. If this seems interesting to you...read on! The procedure is simple. First you contact us via telephone or E-mail. We will assign you a "Referrer Number" and collect your personal information (name, address, etc.). Any referrals you send to us need to have that number attached in the event the referred purchases our services, and a commission check needs to be issued. After their Web site is completed and the final check has cleared our bank, we will send you a check for the full 5% of the monies collected! This is not a salaried position, you are not an employee and there are no benefits. You would be considered an, "Independent Contractor" and as such, you would be fully responsible for any and all taxes, as well as any expenses or liabilities incurred. We believe getting interested parties to view our Web site could be a very profitable venture for all concerned. Now to be clear, we are not offering this "Referral Program" on anything but our Web Development Services. We do however, appreciate any referrals for any of the services we offer! Only one commission check will be granted from any given Web site purchase. After the original purchase, any upgrades the client wants are non-commissionable. In the event that two referrers pass us the same potential client, and they purchase our Web Development Services, the referrer who sent us the clients name first will be the one to get the commissionable amount. There are no guarantees of any financial gain. If you refer us, and they purchase, you get a check! It's that simple! How to proceed: If you think that a few minutes of your time is worth potentially hundreds of dollars then do this; 1. 1. Copy and paste the entire segment of this agreement and E-mail it to us. That will mean that both parties are compliant to the terms of the agreement. 2. 2. Please send us your pertinent information, i.e. Name, address, telephone number, cell phone, etc. After we receive it, we will then send you your "Referrer Number". 3. 3. When your first commission is earned, we will need your Social Security Number for tax purposes. 4. 4. At year's end, we will send you an IRS Form 1099 with the total of all (gross) monies earned for that year. It's THAT simple! One final clarification: Your referrals must be from people (or businesses) you know or have met personally through your marketing efforts. We will not pay commissions on any telephone books or membership records we receive, OK? That being said, we wish you the best of luck!
